Electrostatic Spray Painting vs Powder Coating

This process allows us to paint things that cannot be easily powder coated, whether it’s because there are plastic parts or if it can’t be brought to our warehouse.

How It’s Done!

Electrostatic spray painting is all about the prep work. We carefully clean, sand, and mask off all pieces. We use the same process for for filing cabinets like these ones or a window in your apartment.

When everything is ready for painting, we use a special spray gun to apply a two-part epoxy paint that dries harder than anything a roll-on paint can manage.
