Refurbish Railings

We also powder coat railings, fencing, and gates. These window guards came to us rusted and layered with old paint. We refurbished them to look as good as new. Take a look at our process …

We cleaned the railings by sandblasting the rust and paint away. Our skilled technicians painstakingly made sure to reach every corner and joint thoroughly.  This stage is time intensive to ensure a high quality and long lasting powder coat and prevent future rust causing the powder coat to flaking off.

Sandblasting created a texture on the metal surface, making it an ideal surface for the colored powder. We sprayed these window guards with a durable powder coat to survive outdoors all year round.

Our skilled technicians take the time and the effort to create the highest quality final product the first time around.

Rust Prevention

Powder coating does more than just make your items look good. It also acts as rust prevention, especially around those problem areas like welding joints.

The manufacturer coated this chair, but not well. We sandblast joints not only to clean them thoroughly, but to also ensure a textured surface for the powder coat to adhere to for maximum rust prevention. After a powder coating, this chair will have a long rust free life outside.

This process can protect any cast iron, steel, or aluminum outdoor furniture or railings.

Customize Your Rims!

You can customize your car with a new powder coat from an array of color and texture options. For one client, we customized these rims with a candy purple powder coat. This unique color takes two coats, to ensure a lustrous color.

Whether you want to clean up old rims or customize new ones, we can make your car truly unique.
